2001 Chicago Toys For Tots Parade

The Toys for Tots parade is the largest motorcycle parade in the world. It often has in excess of 20,000 motorcycles. Riding in it is something that I have wanted to do ever since I moved to Chicago, but due to mechanical difficulties, this was the first year that I was able to. Enjoy the pictures!

Shot 2. Parked in front of Elio's office. Outlook does a great job at ordering attachments.

The South Side was the best. Everyone was in the road and would give you high fives as you drove by.

Elio's bike died at 1100 South Western. I gave his daughter a lift up to his car, and then I continued on.

This is a familiar part of Western! Our old apartment is at the top of that building on the left behind the street light.

Thousands of bikes parked at the end. Too bad Elio couldn't make it. He just got his bike out of the shop yesterday.
